Galaxy S7 and S8 launched earlier than Samsung Looks to change their product development approach -

The previous installments of the Galaxy S series have been entirely predictable regarding release dates, we expect to see something different with their versions come in the year next with Samsung Galaxy S7 .

We have become used to launch smartphone manufacturers of a new device around the same time every year, but this seems to be a thing of the past with Samsung. Waterfall methodology is the name given to the development of Sammy smartphone that helped it by picking cycle of the year. Issues and predictable leading Korean developer to make changes to their production starting with the Galaxy S7.

A more recent principle method called "Agile" is looking to shorten the time of new production smartphones 1 to 2 months. Agile methodology gives developers the ability to split the production itself in specific modules allowing greater creativity and change on the fly. With the methodology "cascade" older, the changes have been much more difficult to integrate faster and more sensitive changes.

The new model would also allow for agile testing after the end of each individual module, which differs significantly with the old approach. In the cascade model, the changes could not be made in advance, but instead, when the final product was completed. Ultimately, it would mean a considerable amount of time spent to elucidate the finished product only to return and rebuild again.

Samsung hopes to reduce production time on both the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge that could mean the end of 2015 to early 2016 release. The same could be seen in the Samsung Galaxy Edge S8 and S8 release date

< which could begin months before originally speculated - ->
